As a general rule Club Barter provides Services only and not actual products.

All orders from are shipped direct from our suppliers distribution centres to you, Club Barter does not hold any stock. Your warranty is provided by the original manufacturer, you should contact them directly for warranty and support.

Goods are brand new and believed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated. Shipping cost is quoted in the item description when you make the purchase. All goods are dispatched within 48 hours of your payment, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. Once the goods have been dispatched you will be notified of the Tracking Number to allow you to track the delivery.

Refunds are provided promptly for faulty or damaged goods but not for change of mind or compatibility issues. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Note: Goods must be returned to us in good condition and in original packaging.

All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated, your receipt is proof of warranty and must be provided in case of warranty claims.

As a result of increased Internet fraud we require a copy of valid Driver's License, Passport or Government ID before shipment of any order over £200 (two hundred GBP) paid using a Credit Card. email your ID proof promptly to ensure dispatch of your goods is not delayed.
