We are unable to offer a refund for Products and or Services not provided directly by us. If the Product or Service was provided by a fellow member of Club Barter (as per our Members agreement: See link below) we are not liable.
If you are seeking a refund of Cash Fees paid directly to Club Barter please make a detailed request to [email protected]

· A Detailed Reason for the requested refund.
· Dates of any transaction and Receipt Number for the Payment.
· How the Payment to Club Barter was made.
Club Barter offers a 30 day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not 100% happy with the service Club Barter has provided, please make a claim within 30 days for a full refund of any Cash Fees you have paid.
